Morris, Schneider, Prior, Johnson & Freedman's Collections Department continues to grow with the firm. The department has perfected its own collection management system which allows us to aggressively serve the client's needs and which allows the client to gain access to the system through the internet, providing the client with updates from their own computer.

The Collections Department began as a natural progression in the financial services industry and as a way to further serve our existing client's legal needs. We also generate new business through regular in-house marketing efforts and attendance at regional and national seminars and, we pursue opportunities for pools of loans that are regularly offered for servicing or purchase.
